Vitali Mikhailovich Volovich was born in 1928 in Spassk
town of Far-eastern region. In 1948 he finished Sverdlovsk art college. From 1950 he
has been a participant of city, regional, zonal, republican and international
exhibitions, repeatedly has become a laureate of native and foreign competitions for books
decorating. A member of Artists' Union of USSR from 1956 year. In 1973 Volovich was
awarded a degree of Honorouble Artist of RSFSR (Russia).
