Victor Ivanovich Reutov was born in 1945 in Sverdlovsk. In
1965 he finished Sverdlovsk art college. From 1968 he has been a participant of
city, regional, zonal, republican and international exhibitions. A member of
Artists' Union of Russia from 1980 year. Prefers graphics and painting.
